Police have arrested nine people on charges of being middlemen from the trial center of the Land Revenue and Transport Office in Malangwa, the headquarters of Sarlahi.
The District Police Office has said that seven people have been arrested from the Land Revenue Office and two from the trial center of the Transport Office. According to Police Inspector Bishal Bahadur Budhathoki, they have been arrested on charges of acting as middlemen.
The police have taken into custody a person who has been sitting in front of the Land Revenue and Transport Office and has been doing accounting work for a long time for entering the office against the government decision. Police Inspector Budhathoki said that the nine arrested people have been kept at the District Police Office and investigation is underway.
