The Commission for the Investigation of Abuse of Authority (CIAA) Hetauda team has taken into custody an employee of the Rautahat District Court on Tuesday along with a bribe of Rs 50,000.
The team deployed from the commission's Hetauda took into custody court employee (Dittha) Love Kumar Singh from his office. Singh was taken into custody while accepting a bribe of Rs 50,000 from a service recipient. The commission's Hetauda office has confirmed that court employee Singh was taken into custody along with cash.
The CIAA has not disclosed for which sponsorship Singh accepted a bribe from a service recipient. Singh, who lives in Basantapatti, Paroha Municipality, is a contract employee. He was working in the Tahsalidar Phat.
