The National Independent Party (NISP) has taken the lead in all four constituencies of Saptari. The counting of votes began here after 12 noon.
According to the latest results, in constituency no. 1, Pushpa Kumari Chaudhary of NISP has received 2,777 votes. She is followed by Ramdev Sah of the Nepali Congress with 426 votes. In third place is Jayakant Raut of the Janmat Party with 226 votes.
In constituency no. 2, Ramji Yadav of NISP has also taken the lead with 1,698 votes. Janmat Party Chairman Chandrakant (CK) Raut is following him with 922 votes. Here, Umesh Kumar Yadav of the Janata Samajwadi Party Nepal is in third place with 774 votes.
In Constituency No. 3, Amarkant Chaudhary of the Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS) is leading with 1,244 votes, while JSP Nepal Chairman Upendra Yadav is trailing him. Yadav has so far received 978 votes, while Dinesh Kumar Yadav of the Nepali Congress is in third place with 293 votes.
In Constituency No. 4, Sitaram Sah of the RSS has taken the lead with 5,312 votes. Tejulal Chaudhary of the Nepali Congress is trailing with 2,281 votes, while Bambi Yadav of JSP Nepal is in third place with 1,196 votes. There are a total of 446,420 voters in this constituency, and 293,377 people have voted.
