Security personnel rescued Rustam Ansari, the chairman of Pheta Rural Municipality, after he was assaulted by locals on Friday morning.

Chairman Ansari's house in the market located in Pheta-3 was surrounded and he was assaulted. The Nepal Army, Armed Forces and Nepal Police have rescued him.

There was a fight between youths from two communities who came to the village last night. They had gone to discuss the same issue with the local chairman Ansari. But  When he said that he could not do anything, the locals assaulted him during the discussion. From there, his house was surrounded and he entered his own house to wake up.
