They were sitting in the office premises with black bands tied around their hands and heads. The office chief, Ramdev Kharga, said that this program was organized to create pressure for immediate legal action against the culprits of the incident.
Sub-Engineer Yadav was shot dead by an unknown group. He is a resident of Sukhipur Municipality-9, Siraha. Police have said that an investigation is underway into the incident.
