Ram Sharan Yadav, former chairman of Naraha Rural Municipality in Siraha, has joined the Janata Samajwadi Party, Nepal. Yadav joined the JSP Nepal during a program on Monday.
JSP Nepal Vice President Rajkishore Yadav, Secretary Suresh Kumar Mandal, and others, who are also candidates in the House of Representatives elections from Siraha-4, welcomed him to the party. He was elected as the chairman of Naraha Rural Municipality from CPN-UML in the 2074 local elections.
After the chairmanship ended, he opened up to the CPN Unified Socialist Party, which was formed after splitting from UML. However, he has been inactive lately after the Nepali Communist Party merged with CPN-S and Maoist Center to form the Nepali Communist Party.
During the party entry program organized at Naraha Chowk today, former chairman Yadav and other leaders and cadres close to him also entered JSP Nepal.
