Rajendra Malakar, who reached the Chinnamasta Bhagwati Temple, complained to Ujjaya Nepal Party Chairman Kulman Ghising that the people's representatives of Chinnamasta Rural Municipality have not paid him for buying flowers for two years.

Ghising, who is also a former minister, had reached the temple on Friday morning to offer prayers and worship.

Malakar stopped Ghising on the way back from there and said, ‘Chinnamasta Rural Municipality Chairman Bidyananda Chaudhary has not given me Rs. 80,000 for the past 2 years.’ Malakar says that he takes flowers with him when distinguished persons from outside come to worship.

‘He brings distinguished persons along and when they want to give money, he says he will give it,’ he told Ghising, ‘But, even after two years of being in the temple, he keeps saying that he will give it to them.’

Hearing his complaint, Ghising left the temple saying that he would talk to them. ‘Sit down and solve these problems. We will also tell you,’ he said.
