Two people died when two motorcycles collided with each other on the Gaur Pipara inner road section near Pathara School, Rajdevi Municipality-1, Rautahat on Friday.

Both motorcyclists died in the accident. A motorcycle with registration number PR 2-03-018 Pa 3346 coming from Gangapipara to Gaur and an Indian motorcycle with registration number BR 30 AF 2370 coming from the opposite direction collided with each other.

Ashok Mahato, 30, of Pipara Bazaar, Durga Bhagwati Rural Municipality-2, Rautahat, the driver of the motorcycle with registration number PR 2-03-018 Pa 3346, and Arbind Mahato, 29, of Hazminiya, Rajdevi Municipality-2, the driver of the Indian motorcycle, died in the accident, informed DSP Bishnu Pradeep Basyal of the District Police Office, Gaur.

Both of them, who were seriously injured in the motorcycle collision, were taken to the Provincial Hospital, Gaur for treatment, but the doctors declared them dead on arrival.
