The driver, 38-year-old Manoj Kumar Thing of Makawanpur Manahari Rural Municipality-2, has been taken into custody and handed over to the Internal Revenue Investigation Office, Birgunj for necessary action, informed Parsa Police Spokesperson DSP Hari Bahadur Basnet.
