Saying that the youth in particular should abandon the tendency to be impulsive, he suggested that they should take the lead in positive and creative work without succumbing to anyone's influence or pressure.
Stating that all stakeholders should join hands to build a prosperous Birgunj, he also accused the federal government of neglecting Birgunj.
