14 roving police officers from Madhesh have been deployed to the headquarters for internal cleansing of the organization. The roving police officers have been deployed for investigation into the illegal cross-border trade (transaction) of counterfeit currency notes, arms, narcotics and other commodities in the Nepal-India border area, colluding with smugglers and traders to gain financial benefits and please the district police officers.

They were directed by the headquarters to present themselves in the supervision and monitoring division under the headquarters on Poush 21 along with the uniform of the organization.

Madhesh Province Police Chief Govinda Thapaliya said that they were pulled to the center for investigation after a complaint was filed against them. The Inspector General of Police Secretariat has also been informed about the pulled police officers. The pulled police officers range from jawans to ASIs.

They are from Parsa, Bara, Sarlahi, Dhanusha, and Saptari. Most of these roaming police officers were deployed from the District Police Office. Earlier, many roaming police officers in these districts have come under the legal ambit on charges of involvement in various crimes. It has been the practice here for the district police chiefs and deputy chiefs (SP/DSP) and provincial police chiefs to deploy these roaming police officers in the name of trusted persons. The same vagabonds have been making money and pleasing others. They have been found to be wandering in the Madhesh district for a long time.

According to a senior police officer, their routine, known as secret information collectors in the name of intelligence for crime investigation, is to collect money from smugglers and traders for illegal transactions and to please police officers by becoming trusted. Most of the police officers who have been pulled in are from Sarlahi and Parsa.

DIG Abinarayan Kafle, the central spokesperson of the Police Headquarters, said that the investigation and investigation were carried out after complaints were received from various places against these infamous vagabonds from Saptari to Parsa. 'The investigation has started as part of the internal cleansing of the organization,' said spokesperson Kafle, 'It will be made public after the findings are made. They have been pulled in the course of the investigation.'

In these districts of Madhesh, many police officers have been working as illegal financial sources for the security of the district chief and deputy chief police officers (SP and DSP) in the name of PSO and experts in case investigation for a long time, but police officials say that they should also be brought under the ambit of investigation. They have been saying that the vagabonds are not only the financial source of the police chief and deputy chiefs, but also the ones who are called Khappis in cases and called FEET in PSO are the illegal financial source of the bosses.
