Chief District Officer Bhola Dahal has ordered a curfew in the areas of Bypass Road in the east of Birgunj, Sirsia Bridge in the west, Powerhouse Chowk in the north, and Shankaracharya Gate in the south from 6 pm on Monday to 8 am on Tuesday.
During this period, movement, gatherings, processions, meetings, etc. are prohibited, and the local administration has issued a notice asking people not to leave their homes except for essential purposes.
