The administration has monitored the marts, grocery stores, department stores, cosmetic shops, sweet shops and massage centers in Bardibas and made the businessmen aware and alert to operate their businesses according to the standards and rules.
Bardibas Area Administration Office Chief Madhavraj Neupane, along with the Bardibas Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Consumer Protection Forum, police and stakeholders monitored the market for about 3 hours on Sunday. During the monitoring, problems such as incomplete business documents, expired goods, goods without production dates, no price list, and no business after cutting bills were found, said Neupane, the area administration chief.
He said that massage centers were also monitored as there have been reports of unethical activities being carried out in recent times. Neupane said that since it was found that Royal and Red Road Massage Centers did not do business by cutting bills and did not keep personal details of the massage therapists, they have been warned to keep everyone's personal identity cards and to do business by cutting bills.
The administration has stated that since the monitoring of Ghar Sansar and Bardibas Ghar Sansar, Metro Mart, Mahato Grocery Store, MR Bakery, Pranu Cosmetic and Gift House, Shriram Sweet and Chat House and Majas Centers was for the first time, it was only to raise awareness and caution without taking action.
