The Madhesh Provincial Assembly meeting has been postponed. The meeting was scheduled for 1 pm on Wednesday, but it was not expected to begin within two hours, and another notice has been issued, postponing the meeting.

The Madhesh Provincial Assembly Secretariat has postponed the meeting called for 1 pm and issued another notice to convene it at 3:10 pm.

According to Rule 6 (2) of the Provincial Assembly Rules of Procedure, if the meeting cannot be held even for 2 hours from the time it was called, it must be postponed and another notice must be issued.

The time of the Provincial Assembly meeting has been changed as per the same provision. The meeting is being held without a secretary and electricity. Secretary Basuprasad Koirala is coming from Kathmandu. Speaker Ramchandra Mandal is also coming from Kathmandu. The meeting will not be held after that.

Today, the Provincial Assembly is going to discuss the motion against Speaker Ramchandra Mandal for not behaving in accordance with his position.
