Surveyor Ram Pramod Raut, working at the Survey Office, Birgunj (Parsa), and office assistant Arun Prasad Upadhyay, working at the Survey Team, Adarshnagar Water Tank, Birgunj, have been arrested on charges of accepting a bribe of Rs 100,000 from a service recipient.
