CPN-Maoist Center MP Rahbar Ansari has addressed the Madhesh Provincial Assembly by applying masking tape to his face. Speaking at the Madhesh Provincial Assembly on Saturday, he applied masking tape to his face.

‘Today I have come to confess my public crime. I will not vote for or against. I will not listen to any party,’ he said, covering his face with a mask.

‘What is the condition of the 6.4 million people of Madhesh?’ Questioning the House, he said, ‘The Gen-G movement changed the system but the condition did not change.’
