Madhesh Pradesh Chief Minister Jitendra Sonar (Sonal) has urged the people to unite and give a new message to the country while seeking a vote of confidence in the Madhesh Pradesh Assembly on Saturday.

Since there is a situation where we have to rise above the party/opposition, he also requested the MPs of the big parties to vote. ‘I would like to request all of you to vote for the confidence motion and give encouragement to work,’ he said, ‘I would like to request that we come together today to give a message for the protection of federalism and the strengthening of democracy.’

Sonal said that we should move forward by protecting the achievements of the elders and embracing the future of the new generation. Since the origin of federalism is Madhesh, he suggested that we should walk more responsibly. ‘Government is a game of numbers. Government comes and goes. Therefore, government is not everything. The system is important,’ he said, ‘That is why we should be united.’
