A five-point agreement has been reached between protesting businessmen and the police in Dhanusha. The five-point agreement was reached on Tuesday evening in the presence of the Janakpur Chamber of Commerce and Industry and security personnel from all three levels.
On Asoj 13, Dhanusha police raided a gold and silver shop without authorization. During the raid, some businessmen, including Janakpur Chamber of Commerce and Industry President Surendra Bhandari, were injured in the incident.
After that, Dhanusha businessmen went on strike. The businessmen closed their shops until 12 noon today and protested against the actions of the Dhanusha police.
Today, both sides agreed that the relevant bodies will investigate the incident of that day and take legal action, and the agitating party will suspend the protest from today.
