Those who were taken to the prison office are 19-year-old Gautam Patel, 20-year-old Subhankar Chaurasia, 22-year-old Karan Prasad Patel alias Amiri Patel, and another 17-year-old teenager from Birgunj-24 Ramgarhwa, according to DSP Hari Bahadur Basnet, spokesperson of Parsa Police.

The District Court on Friday remanded four people arrested on charges of involvement in the murder of Shivam Sah, alias Golden, who died in a gang fight at the Dashain fair in Birgunj, to prison for pre-trial detention.

On Asoj 14, around 11:30 pm, Shivam Sah Kanu, alias Golden, 20, of Birgunj-10, was beaten and stabbed in a fight between two groups at the Gahwamai fair held near the Geeta Mandir road in Birgunj Metropolitan City-10. The police arrested four people who were running the WhatsApp group called Khuni Darinde. They were produced in the district court on Friday.
