Neeraj Sah Teli, ward chairman of Baragarhi Rural Municipality-6, passed away on Thursday night. The 46-year-old Teli died at Birgunj National Medical College during treatment, said his uncle Rajkumar Sah, chairman of the Bara Chamber of Commerce and Industry.
He had been suffering from cancer for a long time. He was elected for the second term from the Congress and for the first term from the Janata Samajwadi Party. He has 2 daughters, a son and a wife.
