A few months ago, a fight broke out between local Nepali Congress and CPN-UML-backed leaders after a dispute over a drain. Both sides had filed complaints against each other. The CPN-UML-backed leaders have appeared in court as per the legal process, while the arrest warrant was issued after the Congress-backed leaders did not appear.
Similarly, the CRS is investigating the absconding defendants in the murder case filed by the ward chairman. The committee had filed a complaint against UML's Rajdev Chaudhary, Sushil Kumar Chaudhary, Anil Kumar Chaudhary, Anil Yadav and Anit Yadav.
