In Saptari, a case of indecent behavior has been filed against a person for abusing the police. A case has been filed against 38-year-old Manoj Manav, aka Manoj Manav, who lives in Lahan Municipality-24 of Siraha and lives in Kirtipur Municipality-2 of Kathmandu, on the charge of calling and abusing the DSP saying that he is a journalist.

DSP Puri said that a case has been registered after arresting Mahato who abused him on the phone. DSP Puri says that Mahato has already been arrested and prosecuted twice for electronic transaction related offenses and Mahato has also been arrested and prosecuted for indecent behavior and murder related offences, kidnapping and body hostage related offenses and some public crime cases from the area police office Lahan from District Police Complex Kathmandu.
