Since the resignation of the Chief Minister has been accepted, according to Article 168 (2) of the Constitution of Nepal, the parties that can get the majority to be represented in the Provincial Assembly have been invited to submit claims by 4 pm on Wednesday (tomorrow) for the purpose of appointing him to the post of Chief Minister.

There has been a call for the formation of a new government in Madhesh province. On Tuesday, the provincial chief's office issued a statement calling for submission of claims for the formation of a new government.

Since the resignation of the Chief Minister has been accepted, according to Article 168 (2) of the Constitution of Nepal, the parties that can get the majority to be represented in the Provincial Assembly have been invited to submit claims by 4 pm on Wednesday (tomorrow) for the purpose of appointing him to the post of Chief Minister.

Satish Kumar Singh resigned from the post of Chief Minister today in the Madhesh Pradesh Assembly. Provincial Chief Sumitra Bhandari accepted his resignation and proceeded with the process of forming a new government.

Three parties have agreed to topple the Singh-led government in Madhesh and form a new government under the leadership of the Congress. Congress is supported by the largest party UML and Janmaat Party. However, it is also being discussed that the synchronization may not change.
