Gaur road has been blocked due to continuous rain and water has frozen in Lachka, while the bus with 16 passengers drowned, all were rescued safely, according to the police.
A passenger bus accident occurred on Wednesday at Lachka located in Gaur Municipality-6 Sabgadha of Rautahat. Although there were no casualties in the accident, half of the bus was submerged.
After continuous rains, the headquarter Gaur section has been blocked due to water stagnation in Lachka . In this situation, while trying to drive the bus, it got submerged in water . District Police Office Gaur has informed that the passengers of the bus are safe in the accident.
According to the police, the passenger bus No. 4 B 5318 coming from Chandranigahpur towards Gaur got out of control while crossing the hatch and a part of the left side of the road got submerged. According to the police, there were 16 passengers on the bus. All of them have been rescued and taken out.
The road has been blocked in Lachma for a few days due to water . The police said that the initiative is being taken to remove the bus.
