The court has extended the term of arrest for the case of demolition of Dalit's house in Kalyanpur Municipality-8 Arang of Siraha. The Siraha District Court extended the deadline for investigation.
Rajeshraj Puri, Chief Deputy Superintendent of Police, District Police Office, Mirchaiya informed that the court has given 6 days to Ward President Ram Kishore Yadav and 7 days to Kailash Singh and Ganesh Kamti.
Similarly, the police also arrested Manoj Kumar Yadav of Kalyanpur-9 among the accused on Tuesday afternoon. DSP Puri said that he will be taken to court for extension on Wednesday.
A case of criminal nuisance has been registered against 13 people in this incident. Out of which four persons have been arrested by the police, but 9 persons including the main accused Prabhas Singh are still absconding. They are being searched.
