An industry in Virgunj Mahanagarpalika-21 Parwanipur has suffered a lot of damage due to fire on Wednesday. A fire broke out in Nibasa Industries Pvt Ltd, which was operated by local Farzana Khatun on the north side shutter of the ground floor of her 3-storey house around 10:30 in the morning.

The sofa shell is produced in the industry. The police brought the fire under control within an hour with the help of fire extinguishers. Although there was no human or animal damage from the fire, there was material damage.  It has been claimed that a hit transformer worth 32 lakhs worth of

industry, a 72 kV servo stepperizer worth 2 lakhs 20 thousand, a rolling machine worth 3 lakhs, 2 wiring parts worth 2 lakhs and a set of 39 lakhs 20 thousand worth have been claimed.
