The district administration office Saptari has informed that the service is going to be operated intermittently due to the high pressure of customers and occasional problems in the system.
The District Administration Office, Saptari, is going to operate a round-the-clock service from Wednesday for the customers who come to get their National Identity Card.
The office issued a notification on Tuesday and said that due to the excessive pressure of the customers and problems in the system from time to time, the service is going to be operated intermittently.
"As identity cards have been made mandatory for government work including banks and financial institutions, social security allowances, there has been an increase in the number of customers coming to get services and problems have also been seen in the system from time to time," the notice said.

It has been mentioned in the notice that the service users within that area can get services related to national identity card from Bode Barsain and Kanchanpur area administration office.
