A young man died in Birganj due to electrocution while recharging an e-rickshaw. The deceased is 26-year-old Zahir Ansari, a resident of Birgunj Metropolitan City-24 Ramgarhwa.
He was electrocuted while recharging his e-rickshaw in front of his house at 11:10 a.m. on Monday morning. He was immediately taken to Tarai Hospital for treatment and was pronounced dead by the doctor.
Ansari's body was taken to Narayani Hospital in Birganj for post-mortem, Parsa Police spokesperson DSP Kishore Lamsal informed.
