A child has died after drowning in the swimming pool of Hotel Dialo Lord's Plaza in Birgunj-10 Adarshnagar.
Bajrangi Rauniar, the 9-year-old son of Pramod Rauniar of Birganj-11, has been informed by DSP Kishore Lamsal, information officer of Parsa police. The
incident happened on Wednesday around 7 pm. The doctor declared the boy unconscious after drowning and was taken to Narayani Hospital.
The family members of the deceased child have demanded for cremation of the body. DSP Lamsal said that the incident is being investigated. He said that even though why and how the child got there, no information has been received from the family yet.
