The police have arrested the person who threatened to shoot as if he was a police officer of the district police office. Superintendent of Police Heramb Sharma of District Police Office Mahotari said that 29-year-old Krishna Kumar Mahato of Balwa Municipality-4 Paroul Tilgarh who threatened to shoot has been arrested.
Sharma said that Mahato was arrested and investigated after receiving a video of him asking for ten lakh rupees and saying that he would shoot him if he did not pay.
'The arrested Mahto also told the person who threatened him that he was a policeman working in the District Police Office Mahottari', Superintendent of Police Sharma said, 'On the basis of the video of him claiming to be a policeman, asking for money and threatening to shoot, an indecent case has been filed immediately.'
