The driver died when the tractor overturned in Tilathi Koiladi rural municipality-2 Launiyan of Saptari on Monday afternoon. The tractor No. 1 or 6700, which was going from Launiyan to Damavati, got out of control and overturned.

SP Dhakendra Khatiwada said that 38-year-old Devendra Prasad Sah, a tractor driver of the same place, died in the accident. 

When the injured Saha was brought to Gajendra Narayan Singh Hospital Rajviraj for treatment, the doctor declared him dead.
