Two people died when two motorcycles collided in Hanumannagar Kankalini Municipality-1 of Saptari on Sunday.
In the morning, on the inner road of Bhalua Dam, the accident occurred when a motorcycle No. 10 P 562 and Ba 55 P 6639 coming from the opposite direction collided with each other .
SP Dhakendra Khatiwada informed that both motorcyclists who were seriously injured in the accident died during treatment. According to him, 34-year-old Omprakash Panjiar of motorcycle number 562 from Kanchanrup Municipality-1 Bairba and 19-year-old Avinash Mandal of motorcycle number 6639 from Shambhunath Municipality-11 Rajpur have died.
Panjiar was sent to Neuro Hospital Biratnagar for further treatment while Mandal was brought to Gajendra Narayan Singh Hospital Rajviraj. 30-year-old Subhash Mahato of Bairaba, who was injured in an accident, is being treated at Biratnagar Neuro Hospital. The police said that further investigation is being done on the accident.
