An abortion case has been filed against the mother-in-law for allegedly aborting the pregnancy of 20-year-old Sanisa Khang of Sakardahi, Hanuman Nagar Kankalini Municipality-2 of Saptari, who had a love marriage. On Tuesday night, mother-in-law Jhulphooldevi Khang and Sanisa were forcibly given abortion medicine.
She was unconscious until Wednesday morning and was brought to Gajendra Narayan Singh Hospital Rajviraj with the help of the police. By the time she arrived at the hospital, the doctor could not save her pregnancy because it was too late. After the incident, his mother-in-law Jhulphooldevi and father-in-law Parameshwar Khang were taken into custody.
SP Dhakendra Khatiwada said that further investigation is being conducted on both of them in the case of abortion twice with a 10-day deadline.
Sanisa got married to 22-year-old Shivji from the same place a year ago after a three-year relationship. Due to Shivaji's insistence, both of them got married in the Kankalini Bhagwati temple, but it was agreed to live separately only after completing their studies. However, in the first week of March last year, even though Shivaji took Sanisa to his house, Parameshwar and Jhulphool Devi were not ready to accept her as his daughter-in-law.
After knowing that Sanisa is pregnant, the angry mother-in-law plans to take her to Delhi and get an abortion. Accordingly, Sanisa was taken to Daulatpur in Vihar for 12 days. However, when Sanisa came to know about the plan, she ran away and returned, but did not let her stay at home. Sanita went to the police after her husband Shivji did not support her.
The police kept both parties and discussed them and sent him a document and kept him at home . At the same time, Sanisa says that her mother-in-law and others forced her to give abortion medicine.
