Rajkumar Rai, president of Nepal Civil Service Organization Sirha, which is close to UML, has been detained by the police along with a woman. Rai was arrested by the police on Thursday afternoon.
He is also an employee of Land and Land Reforms Office, Siraha. The police said that Rai was arrested along with the woman from a house in Siraha based on the complaint filed by his wife that he was having a relationship with a woman and had hurt her.
The woman has been kept in the custody of District Police Office, Siraha. The police said that they are under control and doing necessary investigation.
