With the slogan 'Mango groves, Madhesh's prosperity', the policy and program aims to expand the large mango area. It has been mentioned in the policy and program to make irrigation self-sufficient through the slogan 'water in the fields, income with food in the houses'. The government aims to promote the concept of one lakh jobs by adopting the campaign of 'Har Hath Mein Seip, Har Ghar Mein Rozhgar, Skilled Youth, Prosperous Madhesh Ke Aadhar'.
In order to increase employment, the workers have been given the slogan of vehicle, door-to-door employment. In order to increase the access and participation of children in education and to ensure access to quality education for all, the slogan 'Bachcha ke skul pathao, Saksharta ke Deep Jalao' has been given and another slogan in education is 'quality education for healthy society'. It is mentioned that maternal and child health will be promoted through the slogans "Full Safe Motherhood Province, Purnakhop Province, and Malnutrition Free Province" towards health.
