An Indian youth has been arrested for molesting a 14-year-old girl.
The arrested person is 25-year-old Manish Paswan, who hails from Bihar, India and is currently living in Birgunj Metropolitan City-15 Bishwa.
There has been a petition that Paswan entered India several times by showing false temptation that he would marry a 14-year-old girl at 10 o'clock on 25th January 2081.
Only on Monday, the victim said that he brought the minor girl to Birganj and left her. Parsa police spokesperson DSP Kishore Lamsal informed that Paswan was arrested after the victim's request and further investigation is being done by obtaining permission to extend the period of 7 days for the criminal offense against him.
