A young man has been arrested for raping a 13-year-old schoolgirl in Parsa. The arrested person is 23-year-old Vishal Yadav of Jagarnathpur Rural Municipality-6.
It has been reported to the police by the victim that he lured the 8th grade girl to his room in Parsa Birgunj Metropolitan City-15 Bishwa while she was returning home from school at 2 o'clock on June 8.
Based on this, DSP Kishore Lamsal, spokesman of Parsa Police, has informed that Yadav was arrested on Tuesday and further investigation is being conducted by taking permission for 6 days for Karni-related offences.
