An Indian citizen has been arrested for trying to steal a child from Mauwaha in Balan Bihul rural municipality-3 of Saptari. 31-year-old Tenga Ram alias Baba from Bathnaha in Araria district of Bharat Vihar state was arrested on Monday.
When Ram, who was looking at his hands and asking for paddy and rice, reached the house of a local Bhairav Mandal and asked his 4-year-old son Riyans Mandal to eat crisps, the locals informed the police.
