The armed police have seized banned marijuana from Bathnaha in Mahottari. Superintendent of Armed Police Puranchandra Bhatt said that 59 kg of marijuana was recovered from Manrasiswa Municipality-9 Bathnaha.
Bhatt said that after seeing the regular foot patrol team deployed under the command of Armed Police Inspector Yogesh Kumar Khadka of Border Out Post (BOP) Bathnaha, the porter fled after leaving the bags of ganja and when the bags were opened and checked, the ganja was found.
Marijuana was found in 7 bags that were going to be smuggled from Nepal to Bhar.
