Parsa police have arrested 4 people involved in the kidnapping of the youth. They were arrested on the charge of kidnapping Sudhir Prasad Sah, aged 26, resident of Bara Kalaiya sub-metropolitan city-18, holding him hostage and demanding ransom.
Among those arrested are 23-year-old Rikesh Kumar Gupta, 25-year-old Rajan Gupta of Virganj Manpa-12 Murli, 24-year-old Sikendra Sah of Parsa Sakhuwaprasauni Rural Municipality-3 and a minor.
Based on information about the kidnapping of Sah, the police team deployed from District Police Office Parsa safely rescued the abducted Sah from a house in Birgunj-12 Murli on Tuesday night at around 10:30.
Parsa Police Spokesman DSP Subas Bhatt has informed that after arresting the people involved in the kidnapping, the Parsa District Court on Wednesday granted a five-day extension to the crime related to kidnapping or body hostage.
