The armed police handed over the customs evasion goods seized on 30th of Chait to the Birgunj customs office on Thursday. Goods worth 21 lakh 16 thousand 100 rupees were seized by the armed police from Birgunj Metropolitan City-2 Chhapkaiya.

Shoes, chappals, cashews, medicines and various medicines were seized from India illegally brought to Nepal by customs evasion and stored in an abandoned condition in a street there. The information officer of the Armed Police Force, Devendra Bahadur Singh, said that the team deployed from the Armed Police Force Nepal No. 13 Gan Headquarters Parsa recovered those items.
