An order has been made to summon an expert to examine the audio of the phone call in the case of the murder of Assistant Inspector (Asai) Thaman Wik of Armed Police. The order was given by the bench of Justices Narishwar Bhandari and Jagdish Ghimire in the Janakpur High Court on Wednesday.
According to Sushil Yadav, Sub-Registrar of High Court Janakpur, in the past there was an order to call two experts from Cyber Bureau of Police Headquarters.
Cyber Bureau experts Anand Niraula and Dakshepi Sherpa were ordered to be called. Among them, although Sherpa had a book, Niraula did not have a book when he was in Korea during the training. Niraula and Sherpa Asai had examined the audio of the mobile phones of the accused in the Vick murder. It has been ordered to call Niraula to shed more light on the same matter.
Abhiram Sharma, the suspended MP of Madhesh Pradesh, is also a defendant in this case, which has been going on in the High Court since May 1st. During the second term of Sharma's state parliament, the district court in Mahottari gave a verdict of life imprisonment. After that, the state assembly suspended him on 18th Baisakh. Sharma, former mayor of Jaleshwar Municipality Ramshankar Mishra, Suresh Pandey and Dhamendra Rai are the defendants.
During the second Madhesh movement, on August 25, 2072, Asai Vika was taken from an ambulance in Mahottari. There was a murder. In that case, on February 27, 2072, a case of murder against 28 people and a case of arson against 25 people was registered in the Mahottari District Court. Mahottari District Court on 28th November 2080 Judge Uddhav Prasad Bhattarai's bench acquitted CPN-UML federal MP Lakshmi Mahato Koiri but sentenced Abhiram Sharma to life imprisonment.
