The body was recovered three days after the agreement was reached between the Krishna Hospital in Birganj and the family of the deceased Ran Bahadur Ram Chamar, 50 years old, on the treatment expenses demanded by the hospital. After the deceased Ran Bahadur's son handed over cash and check to the hospital, he was cremated 3 days later in the evening. The family of the deceased could not see the body for three days because the hospital did not pay the treatment expenses as requested.

The body of Ran Bahadur of Kalaiya sub-metropolitan city-2 Awadhapur was received by his son Biswas Ram after handing it over to the hospital administration after asking his friend to deduct 50,000 in cash and the remaining amount of 130,000 from a blank check.

His son Vishwas Ram said that 180,000 was agreed upon for asking for 341,000 treatment expenses.

Ran Bahadur's dead body was in Narayani Hospital's mortuary for three days. After consuming poison, he died during treatment at the Krishna Hospital in Birganj on Chait 28 in the evening, and the hospital sent his body to the Narayani Hospital Mortuary. He was admitted to the hospital on March 12 by his relatives for treatment. He died on Chait 28 on the 17th day during treatment.

Krishna hospital administration claimed three and a half lakh treatment expenses and did not provide the death certificate, his family was not able to pick up the body for three years.
