The Chief Minister's directive did not last even two days, the illegal hospital in Mirchaiya was in uninterrupted operation

The illegal hospital in Mirchaiya, which was closed on the instructions of Madhesh Chief Minister Satish Kumar Singh, has been operating without interruption within two days. All the 13 hospitals that were closed by the Chief Minister on Saturday have come into operation.

When Chief Minister Singh inspected 14 private hospitals here on Saturday evening, he found 13 unregistered and unrenewed. When he found that these illegal hospitals were playing with the lives of citizens by charging high fees, he immediately cut the letter and closed them down.

Siddhakamana Hospital, Vishnu Polyclinic, Balasansar Health Care, Balakalyan Health Care, Samit Mount Hospital, SJK Polyclinic, Mangalam Health Care, Shanti Health Care, Sriram Dental Clinic, Rekha Nursing Home, Mithila Eye Treatment Center, Lakshmi Health Care and Life Line Clinic were closed.

Some of these hospitals were also open on Sunday. However, on Monday, all the hospitals that were closed since morning are still running. Chief Minister Singh's press advisor Anil Kumar Karna informed that coordination is being done with the administrative and security agencies of the district to prevent the operation of unauthorized hospitals that disobey the instructions of the state government.

'This matter has come to the knowledge of the Chief Minister,' he told Kantipur, 'He has recently instructed the security officers to close the hospital immediately and if necessary to take control of the management.'

Federal and provincial laws and regulations, federal guidelines on healthcare operation standards, etc., have defined the act of providing healthcare without a service license or more than prescribed as a punishable crime.
