Voting for Swaviyu has started on Tuesday morning at Janjyoti Multipurpose Campus in Rautahat's Chandrapur.

There are 34 candidates in the election field, including Navy Sangh, Aneraswiyu, Akhil (Revolutionary), Samajwadi Vidyarthi Union.

Election Committee Coordinator Binod Timalsina informed that there were 2,954 voters in the polling that started in the morning. Voting has started in the morning for the election of the leadership of the Union in the affiliated and affiliated campuses of Tribhuvan University. 

Voting time is fixed from 8 am to 4 pm.

The president, secretary, treasurer and some members will be elected directly and some members including the vice president and joint secretary will be elected according to the proportional election system. 

Now the polling is going on in a peaceful manner, Ela Police Chandranigahpur informed. Students have been lining up since morning to vote.
