Prahlad Kumar Kshatri, head of Bardibas municipality, has gifted a 'van' to the Nepal Red Cross Society Bardibas branch on the occasion of his birthday.

City chief Kshatri handed over the key of the van to Bhuvan Khadka, president of Red Cross Bardibas branch on Tuesday.

Kshatri said that the van was bought by saving money from the facilities received from the city executive office as the city head.

The van received by the Red Cross will be used in the operation of blood collection camps at various locations, according to the Red Cross Bardibas sub-branch.
