It has been alleged that the armed police deployed for railway security at Loharpatti in Mahottari abused a local girl. According to District Police Office Mahotta, Assistant Armed Police Deputy Constable Dharvendra Mahto of Railway Security Base Camp at Loharpatti-4 Pipradi abused a local girl.
At 9 am on Friday morning, the girl was surrounded by the Railway Guard Base Camp locals on the charge of abuse by Assistant Armed Police Inspector Mahato. After the locals surrounded the base camp, Mahato was taken into custody and handed over to the Nepal Police for investigation, said Armed Police Superintendent Purnchand Bhatt.
Armed Police Assistant Inspector Mahto who was accused of abusing a girl has been arrested and further investigation is being conducted according to District Police Office Mahottari.
