A concrete house built by encroaching on the public land of Gaushala Bazar, the commercial center of Mahottari, has been demolished.

Gaushala Municipality Ward No. Unit No. 5 of 115 In relation to encroachment, a complaint was filed in the District Administration Office and Gaushala Municipality that public land was being encroached upon and concrete houses were being built.

A building under construction was demolished on public land in Gaushala Deputy Chief Mahato said that after the construction materials were not removed by the concerned people, the structure was demolished and the construction materials were confiscated with the help of the security agencies on Wednesday.

In Mahottari's Gaushala Bazar, public land is being encroached on in the Gaushala and market area under the guise of political access.
