Madhesh Chief Minister Satish Kumar Singh has ordered to close 10 private hospitals operating in Rautahat's Chandranigahpur after they were found to be unregistered and running against the rules.
Chief Minister Singh, who came to inspect the private hospital operating in Chandrapur-4 on Saturday, handed over a letter to the management to close it immediately after finding that the standards and registration were not met. After receiving the signal that he had come under surveillance, half a dozen hospital operators ran away wearing shutters.
Chandranigahpur's trauma highway center, civil hospital, Sims hospital, Chandrapur community hospital were found to be running against the registration and standards, Chief Minister Singh informed. Recently, there has been an increase in the operation of hospitals against the norms in the district. They have opened hospitals all over Hachuwa.
