However, on Wednesday morning, Rupesh Mandal's family held a panchayati saying that since two other people were also involved in the incident, they should also pay their share,' said the local, 'There was a dispute between the accused. The police are investigating the incident with the family of the victim, who have filed a complaint against Rupesh Mandal for inciting suicide. The police claim that they are investigating the complaint of incitement to suicide by making only one defendant from the victim's family. Although an arrest warrant has been issued against Rupesh, he is absconding. DSP Birendra Kumar Paswan, spokesperson of District Police Siraha, said that the incident was considered sensitive as there was also talk of rape.
